Remy Blanchaert, MD, DDS

Dr. Blanchaert received his undergraduate dental training in his hometown at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. He completed his residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Connecticut. He received fellowship training in maxillofacial oncology and microvascular surgery at the University of Maryland and began his academic surgery career there immediately after his fellowship training. He added to his training through traveling rotations to centers of excellence in head and neck surgery and reconstruction. Four valuable years of service to the University of Maryland were followed by a return to Kansas City. There, Dr. Blanchaert served the University of Missouri-Kansas City Schools of Dentistry and Medicine for an additional two and one-half years as associate professor before entering private practice.
