Dr. Lichty attended McPherson College, graduating with a degree in chemistry. Dr. Lichty received his dental degree from the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and his medical degree from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He then went on to complete his general surgery internship and oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at the University of Alabama.
